Refund & Returns Policy

At Al'ard KSA, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company and bank for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at subhi.a@alard.ps and ship the item to: P.O Box 535, 118 Charles Ave, Stewartstown PA 17363, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
